The hubby and I got a date night. It wasn't very long and we didn't do anything very exciting, but we got to get out of the house by ourselves and didn't have to worry about being anywhere.
We haven't had a date night in a really long time. I don't even remember when it was. Even though grandma and grandpa (only people we let watch the kids, except for Nana and papa when they go down there) live so close we try not to ask them too much ;) They usually watch them when we have pool tourneys or if we HAVE to be somewhere by our selves.
Friday night and Saturday during the day the hubby had to play in a team pool tournament. When Dan got home Saturday evening he asked if I wanted to go out on a date while grandpa and grandma came over and watched the kids for a little bit. I said, ya that sounds good since I had been stuck in the house for 2 days.
We went to eat at one of our favorite places, Chipotle. It is nothing fancy, but it is our favorite place. We walked over to the movie theatre, which was about 4 blocks from where we parked. Exercise, I guess ;) We watched a comedy. We were debating between "American Reunion" or "Think Like a Man." We chose "Think Like a Man." It was funny. Hard to eat all your popcorn when you just stuffed yourself with a huge ass burrito.
